PHP9000-5F-H is one kind of lead free high temperature sintering conductive copper paste which used for PCB layers to layers interconnection. Applied in the process of PCB high temperature laminating,mainly used in micro via plugging and filling of PCB which made by LCP and PI material, realize the layers to layers interconnection in Z axis vertically ,especially can be used in via plugging technology under the condition or vacuumed or non-vacuum condition, its low electric resistivity≤30μΩ,and high thermal conductivity coefficient ≥20W/m.K.
