Shenzhen Baroy New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ' Baroy ') is a high-tech company focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of 3D printing electronic functional materials, with a registered capital of RMB 3863.824 million. In 2019, the company was honored with the title of National High-tech Enterprise in China. It was also listed among the Top 50 Small and Medium Innovative Enterprises in Longgang District in 2020 and recognized as a "Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation” SMEs in Shenzhen in 2021.
Relying on the independent innovation of basic material engineering technology, including high-purity metal nano materials, nano-low temperature sintering glass powder, nano-optical materials, etc., Baroy cooperated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology(Top10 Universality in China), Shenzhen University, Sunshine Circuit (Top PCBs manufacturer in China)and some top material R&D institution , invested in research and development on the R&D of 3D of PCB electronic functional materials and additive manufacturing technology .We have established a Sino-US integrated R&D team of over fifty professionals, creating a comprehensively equipped research center for 3D printing electronic functional materials,and maintained an advanced electronic materials development laboratory in the United States, have strong technical force and product development capability. With over 50 national invention patents and 3 international invention patents filed in nanomaterials preparation, composite materials fabrication, and additive manufacturing of electronic circuits, We have developed systematic new material solutions for additive manufacturing in PCB applications. Currently, Baroy has successfully developed mature high-tech products specially used for PCB additive manufacturing, such as special via-filling resins, thermally conductive via-filling resins, conductive via-filling copper pastes, interconnection copper pastes, printed characters, printed circuits, printed solder masks, and printed sintered ceramic and glass circuits. We possess a complete production and quality management system, which has gained recognition from top-tier end customers and PCB industry clients.
In addition, within the field of lithium battery separator coating materials, Baroy has independently developed, produced, and sold products such as PVDF separator coating slurries. Through industry-university-research cooperation with the Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University, Shenzhen Qingxin Power Research Institute, and the School of Materials at Shenzhen University, we have successfully developed non-fluorine separator coating powder material CFL and commissioned the first production line with an annual capacity of 300 tons in Dongguan in 2021. We have identified the innovative application of "fluorine-free cathode binders, solid electrolyte membrane materials, and advanced inkjet printing processes" as a new strategic development direction.
