PHP9000-3F-I resin is one halogen-free and environmentally friendly resin material, no organic solvents, are high-performance PCB via plugging functional resins, improve the performance of via plugging of high Tg low CTE CCL material application, low viscosity, especially can applied to ITC/MASS via plugging, high quality stability, in particular good for blind hole interconnection and good for via plugging of rigid-flex board, excellent hardness, easy to grinding, without dent and depression after plating, good flatness, no cracks, excellent SMT bonding and chemical corrosion resistance, and outstanding interconnection reliability of second plating copper .
