This model of CFL powders, which is the thermoplastic and agglomerated particles formed by spray-dried in one step, is mainly composed of acrylate copolymer with a certain degree cold press condition for cell shaping. This material can be used as a new coating layer to replace PVDF for Li-lithium battery separator with the excellent dry/wet adhesion properties between coating layer and electrodes. The coated separators can be produced using processes such as spraying, roll coating, or co-coating with ceramics.
