As the latest photovoltaic cell structure, heterojunction cells use passivation layer and low-temperature metallization process, which improves the efficiency by 1%∽2% compared with mainstream PERC crystalline silicon solar cells. In the future, it will be further integrated with IBC and perovskite tandem technology to form the most promising high-efficiency photovoltaic cell technology.
This product adopts self-developed nano silver powder as the core, and develops micro-nano composite silver paste for heterojunction photovoltaic cells to achieve low-temperature sintering temperature at 180 °C.
